Grades 7 through 12. (Middle & School Years)

    Journey is our 7th-12th grade Classical Christian homeschool program. This rigorous course of study is set up to delve into the dialectic and rhetoric stages of learning. While it can be adapted to meet the needs of individuals by the parent, our heart is to have our students see the truth, goodness and beauty of God in all subjects as well as to see how they apply to the world around us by learning to do things that will stretch and grow them. Through in-depth discussions, hands on labs, field trips, purposeful projects/experiences and active reading, our students will master over 30 course credits exceeding the NJ state graduation requirement by about 25%.

       Our instructors are passionate about the subjects they are teaching and work alongside the parents to support them on this homeschooling journey. Journey 7-8 parents will rotate in class as an instructor helper for the day every few weeks to help build ownership and self-discipline in their students as well as to understand the scope and sequence for the support needed at home.

Though primarily drop-off, Journey 7-8 parents are asked to rotate (about 3/4 times in a year) to help with the transition.
Journey 9-12 is a Drop-off Program. However, the parent is the still the main teacher.
Parental involvement at home is essential to help the student succeed.

Academically, your child will gain a wealth of information. Most importantly, our desire is to grow spiritually. We
will be focusing on and further examining a Fruit of the Spirit. Each academic year, they will memorize scripture and
delve in to learn more about the Fruit of the Spirit.
